Le retour au Moyen \u00c2ge avec ses forteresses, ses murailles, ses anath\u00e8mes, sa mis\u00e9rable autarcie, n&rsquo;est pas une option, juste une illusion dangereuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vouloir \u00e0 tout prix se prot\u00e9ger de l&rsquo;Autre, c&rsquo;est se condamner \u00e0 la prison. Notre identit\u00e9, ce n&rsquo;est pas ce ramassis d&rsquo;habitudes et de coutumes, ces soi-disant valeurs dans la puret\u00e9 illusoire desquelles certains sont tent\u00e9s de nous enfermer. Notre identit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est notre humanit\u00e9, avec toutes ses variantes et ses d\u00e9clinaisons, ses croisements, ses h\u00e9ritages de toutes les couleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne suis moi que parce que je suis aussi l&rsquo;Autre. La langue que je parle est une b\u00e2tarde, ma nourriture, tant quotidienne que gastronomique, prend ses racines aux quatre coins d&rsquo;un monde que mes anc\u00eatres ont asservi et pill\u00e9, le Dieu dont se r\u00e9clament nombre de mes concitoyens est n\u00e9 en Palestine, les connaissances qui m&rsquo;aident &#8211; un peu &#8211; \u00e0 comprendre le monde ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9es bien loin du lieu o\u00f9 je vis aujourd&rsquo;hui, je ne connais mes ascendants que sur deux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, et tous ne sont pas d&rsquo;ici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De quel droit pouvons-nous refuser \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres de partager une prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 b\u00e2tie avec leur sang et leurs larmes ? De quel droit pouvons-nous expulser un malade sous le fallacieux pr\u00e9texte qu&rsquo;il est n\u00e9 loin d&rsquo;ici ? Comment pouvons-nous en m\u00eame temps refuser d&rsquo;accueillir \u00ab\u00a0toute la mis\u00e8re du monde\u00a0\u00bb tout en l&rsquo;organisant \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle et sans le moindre scrupule ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Non, les murs n&rsquo;ont aucun sens, ni la course effr\u00e9n\u00e9e \u00e0 la richesse qui tue les \u00e2mes et les corps. Ce qui sauvera ce qui peut l&rsquo;\u00eatre de notre monde en perdition, ce sont les ponts, les chemins de traverse, les rencontres. Ce qu&rsquo;il faut combattre \u00e0 tout prix, ce ne sont pas les Autres et leur pr\u00e9tendue invasion, mais nos peurs et nos \u00e9go\u00efsmes forcen\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bisounours ?
