Le secr\u00e9taire d’\u00c9tat Francken n’en est pas \u00e0 son coup d’essai. Sa derni\u00e8re d\u00e9rive populiste sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/a> soul\u00e8ve la pol\u00e9mique: un \u00ab\u00a0sondage\u00a0\u00bb sur Face Book, demandant de choisir entre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quatre propositions:
\u2192 Je trouve que les op\u00e9rations de secours envers les minorit\u00e9s religieuses concern\u00e9es (Chr\u00e9tiens, Druzes et Y\u00e9zidis) au Moyen-Orient sont une bonne chose.
\u2192 Je ne pense pas que nous devons faire un effort suppl\u00e9mentaire envers les minorit\u00e9s religieuses concern\u00e9es au Moyen-Orient.
\u2192 Je trouve que les op\u00e9rations de secours ne doivent pas d\u00e9pendre des croyances ou de la culture. Tous ceux qui sont en danger doivent \u00eatre sauv\u00e9s (Chr\u00e9tiens, Druzes, Y\u00e9zids ou Musulmans).
\u2192 Je ne pense pas qu\u2019il faut organiser d\u2019op\u00e9rations de secours suppl\u00e9mentaires (ni pour les Chr\u00e9tiens, ni pour les Musulmans).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Cela fait \u00e9videmment r\u00e9agir, et dans tous les sens. Je trouve tant le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 que le contenu ind\u00e9cents, pour le moins. Mais on retrouve dans beaucoup de commentaires le m\u00eame travers r\u00e9ducteur que dans le \u00ab\u00a0sondage\u00a0\u00bb de Francken.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On pourrait aller un peu plus loin, en regardant:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Le mode de communication utilis\u00e9: <\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-il est \u00e9vident que le r\u00e9sultat d’un tel \u00ab\u00a0sondage\u00a0\u00bb n’aura  aucune valeur, m\u00eame indicative.
-certains pensent na\u00efvement qu’il demande vraiment son avis \u00e0 la population, or il sert uniquement \u00e0 ce \u00e0 quoi il est arriv\u00e9, cr\u00e9er un buzz, faire parler de lui; c’est un principe de publicit\u00e9 bien connu, faire parler de soi \u00e0 tout prix, m\u00eame en mal, \u00e7a fait exister.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. L’attitude m\u00e9diatique habituelle de Francken:<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-il utilise twitter et face book, plut\u00f4t que des communiqu\u00e9s officiels et des prises de position dignes d’un membre de gouvernement
-on pourrait \u00eatre tent\u00e9 de croire qu’il utilise les moyens de communication modernes, qu’il est efficace et de son temps
-en fait, sa communication via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux est plus proche de celle d’un ado narcissique et provocateur que d’un adulte exer\u00e7ant des responsabilit\u00e9s nationales … pardon, f\u00e9d\u00e9rales<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Le r\u00e9sultat obtenu:<\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

-tout le monde en parle, les commentaires en tous sens s’envolent
-insidieusement, l’id\u00e9e qu’un tel mode de communication est l\u00e9gitime se r\u00e9pand; or, on voit bien qu’il s’agit ni plus ni moins que de manipulation
-les partisans d’une ligne dure, voire extr\u00eame, dans le domaine de la migration se voient confort\u00e9s dans leur attitude, m\u00eame s’ils n’ont pas r\u00e9pondu au \u00ab\u00a0sondage\u00a0\u00bb, par le sentiment induit d’appartenance \u00e0 un groupe men\u00e9 par un leader qui leur ressemble.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Au bout du compte, Francken retire de l’op\u00e9ration une augmentation apparente de l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9. Ce qui est totalement inadmissible, encore plus que le cas ponctuel du \u00ab\u00a0sondage\u00a0\u00bb, c’est le recours syst\u00e9matique \u00e0 la provocation et \u00e0 un mode de communication manipulateur.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Qu’un tel personnage soit soutenu par une majorit\u00e9 gouvernementale est pr\u00e9occupant; que son syst\u00e8me fonctionne et lui assure une popularit\u00e9 importante est plus effrayant. Qu’il soit pressenti comme le futur pr\u00e9sident de son parti laisse augurer des jours bien sombres.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
